An efficient logistics process is essential for ensuring that products reach your customers at the right time and in the right way. During picking, packing, loading and delivery, various activities follow each other in quick succession. It is precisely at these stages that errors or uncertainties can arise, potentially leading to additional work, delays or questions about a delivery later in the process.
Florisoft offers various applications that support these logistics processes. By digitally recording and checking activities directly on the work floor, you gain greater insight into the process and errors can be identified or prevented at an earlier stage.
Support throughout the logistics process
No two logistics processes are the same. While one organisation may primarily want to prevent picking errors, another may need greater insight into which products have been placed in a specific box or on a trolley. Registering exceptions or carrying out a final check before a shipment leaves can also be an important part of the process.
Florisoft therefore offers various applications, each designed to support a specific stage of the logistics process. These applications can be used individually, but complement and reinforce each other when combined.
Control when it matters
One example is the order picking process. An incorrectly picked product can lead to additional work, delays or an incorrect delivery later in the process. With Florisoft Order Picking, products are scanned and checked directly during picking. This allows errors to be identified and prevented immediately during the picking process.
The same principle applies to the other applications within Florisoft Logistics. During packing, for example, it can be digitally recorded which products are placed in a box, while during loading, the products placed on a trolley can be registered. Outgoing shipments can also be checked before departure, and any discrepancies can be recorded digitally directly on the work floor.
